We want you to be really satisfied when you shop with us. If your order arrives damaged or the quality of our product is not as you would expect, let us know so that we can fix it up for you.

DAMAGED ORDERS MISSING ORDERS UNWANTED GOODS

All orders leave our warehouse in top condition, but we will happily replace them if they get damaged on the way to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will organise a refund or exchange.

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected time frame, please let us know (add a few extra business days to be sure).

In the rare event of an order being delayed or not arriving, we will contact Australia Post to investigate. If Australia Post is unable to find your order (they usually take 2-3 days), we will immediately send a replacement (at our expense).

If you receive your item and decide that it's not suitable, we will be happily organise a refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will organise a refund or exchange. You will need to return the item in excellent unused condition at your cost. We then check the condition of the item and then refund the full value of the product (please be aware that we won't refund the original shipping charge).
