This is the best way to ensure the perfect fit is to grab your favourite T-shirt at home;

1. Lay it on a flat surface.
2. Measure the distance from under the armpit on one side to under the armpit on the other side. This is the Lay Flat chest Measurement.
3. To get the full chest measurement, simply and Multiply it by 2. 
4. Measure the length from the top of the shoulder next to the collar straight down to the bottom of the garment.
