Retail Team Leader

We’re looking for a Team Leader for our small floor staff team to work with our Store Manager to keep everything running smoothly and to maintain and enhance this positive environment whilst running a very tight ship.
Ideally we'd like someone who brings their retail experience and is comfortable supervising one other staff member per shift. Someone who is confident to hit the ground running to enhance and improve our processes and make sure our staff are engaged, happy & have all they need to do a great job.
The role is full time (but 4 days per week would also be considered) it will primarily be week days with only occasional weekends when cover is needed or during the lead up to Christmas.

The role will involve supervising the shop floor, working collaboratively with the store manager to maintain the store to a high standard.

Online Order Processing

Our customers love our store & our website. We strive to WOW them however they choose to shop to ensure they leave with a smile & plenty of good things to talk about. Our staff love it too. We want them to have fun, feel confident & continue to develop that customer experience.
We’re looking for a Online Order Processor to pick & pack our online orders, communicate well with our customers, help manage stock & maintain the back end of our website.
Ideally we'd like someone who brings their admin & customer service experience & is a little bit tech savvy. Someone who can pick up our processes quickly is tidy & organised enough to keep on top of this vital part of our business.
Our web orders section is located in our Newtown store with a dedicated orders space & small warehouse. Whilst you will be working solo most of the time, the rest of the team will be bustling around in the same space so it's not an isolated role.
The role is part-time with a minimum of 4 days per week but we would consider full time of that is your preference. Ideally we'd need full time in December the during the lead up to Christmas.
To be successful you will need to be;

- Physically Fit *Able to pack and carry large frames and big bags of packed orders.
You will need to have proven experience in;
- Customer Service
- Order Administration or similar processing role
- Working to set deadlines - the Postman!!
